Michael’s also spearheaded major cultural change, overseeing the appointment of a new senior leadership team and Employee Value Proposition and the creation of BPL’s own CRM system.

He said: “I’m blown away to be announced as a finalist for the Outstanding Individual Leadership Award, alongside some of our industry’s finest leaders.

“Thank you to BPL’s trustees and colleagues who nominated me for this award.”

BPL’s marketing team has also been shortlisted for the third year running in the Marketing Campaign Award and are hoping for success again after winning this award in 2022 and being Highly Commended last year.

Michael added: “I’m also delighted that BPL has been nominated once again this year for the Marketing Campaign Award.

“We’re looking forward to enjoying a great night at the awards ceremony in Birmingham.”
